Board of Directors |
|
The Board of Directors are a group of three Union members, with the leadership position of Director, who are responsible for broadly leading the union's direction and affairs, ensuring proper operation and function, coordinating with Co-Presidents, and ensuring that members and leadership are fulfilling their duties. The Board of Directors also yields the ability to vote on constitutional amendments and executive orders, as well as impeach Co-Presidents, Officers, Project Coordinators, and other Directors for wrongdoings or failure to fulfill duties, and appointing interim executives when an incumbent executive member is unavailable, or a position is vacant.
The Board of Directors was introduced with the March 2022 constitutional revision. Directors are generally chosen by the previous holder of the position, however they may be elected as any other leadership role if the previous Director has been impeached (by other directors or a supermajority of the union) or failed to choose a new holder in a certain period of time. |
